We have formed one fitness equipment project team, FQC, which consists of talents with the working experience at KETTLER, BH fitness, Intersport, Stportmaster.  FQC has visited and working with around 200 Chinese fitness equipment and sporting goods factories located in  Dezhou, Qingdao, Ningbo, Yongkang, Xiamen, Nantong. With  deep understanding in fitness equipment products and wide contact in fitness equipment industry, FQC  offers one-stop and customized services to customers all over the world, including Quality inspection, Quality assurance, Sourcing consulting and Product development.

Industrial Flanges & Fittings

Worked with one German importer since 2017, we helped customer to implement "direct-sourcing in China" strategy from zero. Soon, we successfully developed suppliers from Dingxiang, Wuxi, Wenzhou, Zhangqiu, Mengcun where most forging and flange mills are located. Beyond China, we also conducted quality inspection at flange suppliers in Gujarat, India and in greater Moscow area, Russian. FITQS also conducted witness test to make sure all the materials comply with stand standards of EN1092 and criteria of VD-TUV.

Outdoor & Campings 

Outdoor sports and events have becoming popular in the post-covid time, many customers purchase a lot of products used either in own garden or for camping activities. FITQS worked with retailer and brand customers to make quality inspection and product development. We also helped customer who was new to this category to set up new portfolio selection from our verified and trusted suppliers.

Buyers normally work with trading companies instead of factories because there are always certain communicational or cultural barriers when dealing directly with small-medium size manufacturers.  By collaboration with FITQS, customers feel confidence to find the competitive prices from reliable suppliers. Machinery Precision parts

Since 2015, FITQS started to work precision parts for food processing equipment. As the quality agent in China for German customer, we not only performed quality check before shipment, but also helped to establish quality assurance working procedure, and set up CAP and 6D report for quality improvement and assist suppliers to pass customers' audit.

 

FITQS has been handling the precision parts project for different industries including aerospace, rollers shafts, railroad, tire & rubber, mining, lifting beams, oil & gas, energy, medical devices, semi-conductor, Machenry manufacturing, etc.
